What you need for a people card

● Go to google.com or open the Google Search app.

You have to submit the details about who you are and what you do. If the submitted content is not proper, Google may remove your people card. If none of the suggestions fit you, you can freely add your free text. So, you can generate your people card with suggestions for fields such as ‘hometown’ or ‘profession’. If you didn’t update, the card will stop showing as per guidelines.
